Who we are

Atom Gross PVT LTD is a print studio registered in the Republic of Maldives, selling limited edition photographic prints made to order and shipped worldwide from Malé. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Atom Gross PVT LTD; “you” means the person placing an order. You can reach us at mohomedrishaadh@atomgross.com.

Placing an order

Every print is produced after you order it, in the size and finish you select at checkout. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline an order if a print is no longer available, if an edition has sold out, or if we cannot ship to your address.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars on each product page and include the print, signing and numbering. Framing and larger sizes are priced as add-ons and shown before you pay. Tracked worldwide shipping is included. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are your responsibility.

Payment is taken in full at checkout. Your order enters production only after payment is confirmed.

Editions

Each photograph is released in a stated edition size, printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308gsm with archival pigment inks, and signed and numbered by hand on the reverse. Once an edition is complete, no further prints of that image are made at that size.

Production and delivery

Prints are made to order in about 3 working days and then shipped tracked, typically arriving in 5–8 days. These are estimates, not guarantees; carrier and customs delays are outside our control. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Colour and appearance

Screens vary, so the image you see online is a representation. Slight differences in tone between your screen and the finished print are normal and are not a fault.

Your responsibilities

Please give a complete and accurate shipping address. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or unclaimed, we can reship it once you cover the postage again.

Copyright

All photographs remain the property of the photographer. Buying a print gives you the right to own and display it. It does not transfer copyright or allow reproduction, resale as an image, or commercial use of any kind.

Liability

We are responsible for supplying the print you ordered and for damage that occurs in transit. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives, where Atom Gross PVT LTD is registered. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of the Maldives, unless mandatory consumer law in your country gives you a different right.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place your order is the one that applies to it.
