Shipping Policy

Every print is produced to order and shipped from Malé, Maldives by Atom Gross PVT LTD. Shipping is tracked and included in every price you see on the site. Questions before or after ordering: mohomedrishaadh@atomgross.com.

Production time

Prints are made to order and enter production within about 3 working days of payment confirmation. Framed orders can take a few days longer because the frame is assembled by hand.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Every parcel is sent with tracking, and the tracking reference is emailed to you when your order leaves the studio.

Delivery estimates

Most orders arrive within 5–8 days of dispatch. Remote destinations and customs inspections can add time. These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier and customs delays are outside our control, and we will always share the tracking we have.

Packaging

Unframed prints ship flat or in rigid art tubes depending on size, with acid-free tissue. Framed prints ship in reinforced cartons with corner protection. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and see our refund policy.

Shipping cost

Tracked worldwide shipping is included in the listed price of every print. There is no separate shipping charge at checkout.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are set by that country, are not included in our prices, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Address problems

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or unclaimed, we can reship it once the new postage cost is covered.

Lost parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 14 days, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier. Where the parcel is confirmed lost we reprint and reship your order at our cost.
