Privacy Policy

Atom Gross PVT LTD is a print studio registered in the Republic of Maldives. We collect only what we need to make and send your print, and we do not sell personal information to anyone. Questions about this policy can go to mohomedrishaadh@atomgross.com.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, phone number and any delivery note you write, along with the details of the print you chose. If you email us, we hold that correspondence.

Why we collect it

To produce your print, ship it, keep you updated on its progress, deal with returns or damage claims, and keep the sales records we are required to keep.

Payment details

Payment is handled by our payment provider on their own systems. We never see or store your full card details or wallet credentials. We only receive confirmation of whether a payment succeeded, and the amount.

Who else sees your information

Only the parties needed to complete your order: our payment provider, our print lab where relevant, and the shipping carrier who needs your address to deliver the parcel. Each is given the minimum needed to do its part.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as accounting rules require. Email correspondence is kept while it is useful for supporting you, and deleted after that.

Marketing

We do not add you to a mailing list because you bought a print. If we ever start one, joining will be optional and leaving will be one click.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

The site uses only what is needed to keep your session and cart working while you browse. We do not run advertising trackers.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version and its date will be published on this page.
